Lost or Stolen Packages

On the rare occasion where goods got lost during shipping, we'll happily send you another order, completely free of charge IF after a reviewal of the tracking information the goods went missing before arriving to their destination.

Unfortunately however, TapeTitan™ can't be responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

Upon request, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

AND...

We would never leave you hanging like that after such an inconvenience so we'll also send you a deeply discounted coupon code so you can place a new order.

Returns

If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your order please reach out to our support team within 30 days of receiving your order with an explanation as to why and we will issue a refund and/or equivalent in store credit.

After the 30 guarantee period we deal with returns on a case by case basis.
